Join the Participatory Grantmaking Community for this face-to-face gathering! Expect joy, laughter, learning, connection and community!
Come join the Participatory Grantmaking Community for our face-to-face gathering in Manchester!
Anyone who is interested in Participatory Grantmaking is welcome, but we particularly want to invite community decision makers or communities and/or individuals who have benefitted from participatory funding. The PGM Community is built on relationships, growth, challenge and connection and we will be centring this through the event.
There will be no set agenda. It will be an opportunity to come together, make connections and have conversations that we hope will expand your horizons, help you build your networks and improve the work we are all doing to shift power to communities.
Lunch and activities will be provided by Participatory Grantmaking Community.
The venue is People's History Museum in Manchester.
If you have any access or dietary requirements please do let us know and we will endeavour to accommodate. Children more than welcome, but please book a space for them so we can monitor how much room we have. We are aware that Covid is an ongoing issue and will be looking at ways to adapt to this, including limiting the number of spaces so get your tickets quickly (and let us know if you can't come any more)!
People's History Museum (PHM) is committed to supporting all visitors during their time at PHM. We understand that everyone has different access needs - please let us know if you require any assistance in advance of your visit by phoning 0161 838 9190, or by emailing access@phm.org.uk. On the day of your visit, the Visitor Experience team will be available to help. You can also give us a call on the day of your planned visit if you require assistance.
The gathering is free to attend but costs us to deliver, so if you want to financially support this event please do get in touch or donate through our Open Collective page. More funding, more food!
So excited to see you there :)
