Our hope is that these programs will cultivate a network of philanthropy professionals who will be intentional about supporting each other and participatory grantmaking as it continues to gain momentum over the next decade and beyond.
We plan to convene a group of longtime practitioners to explore what is needed to deepen participatory practice, to push the field forward, and explore what accountability looks like for the field.
We will host three sessions holding space for long time practitioners to reflect on deep practice, accountability, care for PGM practitioners, and other issues as determined by the cohort.
