GAGGA monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) practitioner, India
Anamika is a monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) practitioner with over a decade of experience working alongside grassroots organisations, research organisations and alliances advancing gender, climate, and social justice. Her work centres on building participatory and feminist MEL practices that support reflection, adaptation, and accountability without overburdening community partners. Across her career, Anamika has designed and supported MEL systems for complex, multi-country programmes, with a focus on theory of change development, outcome framing, qualitative and mixed-methods evaluations, and ethical data practices. She has worked closely with various organisations to co-create indicators, learning processes, and evidence that are grounded in lived experiences. Anamika is particularly interested in MEL as a space for collective learning and long-term systems change. She was the PMEL officer for Global Alliances for Green and Gender Action (GAGGA) till January 2026.
