Program Consultant
Gloria is an intersectional feminist with a background in International Development, Participatory GrantMaking and Gender Justice. She supports indigenous funds, philanthropic foundations and bilateral funders across the globe to implement a shared and collaborative approach to Grantmaking that shifts power from funders to local experts and communities. She works at the intersections of gender justice, feminist resourcing, strategic partnerships, and movement building. With over 8 years experience in working on women's rights advocacy, reproductive justice, policy advocacy, socio-economic justice, regional programming, and community development using an intersectional feminist lens, she has deepened understanding of intersectional approaches in shaping global policies, development frameworks and feminist. She is a ShiftThePower 2023 fellow.
