Ley works as a Participation Lead at LGBT+ Consortium. They care deeply about community-led projects and come from a background in co-production. She currently manages panel members who assess funding applications on behalf of Consortium and support fund outreach and wrap-around support. All of Consortium’s funds are participative and intersectionality-focused. Ley is looking forward to expanding her network and knowledge of this work outside of the LGBT+ space.
