I am Togolese-American feminist philanthropic consultant, facilitator, and liberatory coach. I support leaders, organizations, and funders working for social change to align their practices, processes, and strategies with social justice and healing justice values, in the belief that our personal transformation supports our collective liberation. From work with organizations such as the Global Fund for Children, Global Fund for Women, National Performance Network, Frontline Solutions, Mama Cash, and Global Greengrants Fund, I have deep experience co-designing and facilitating participatory decision making processes and developing accompaniment programming and strategy. In particular, my work has focused on feminist, youth-serving, and cultural organizations.
