Violeta Rubiani

Violeta Rubiani is a  Director of Programs for Community Funds at Seeding Justice, A steadfast advocate for social justice and a proud immigrant from Paraguay, Violeta has worked the last 20 years to improve access to opportunities, services, and resources for excluded communities across Oregon. Before joining Seeding Justice, Violeta worked in various fields including private philanthropy, labor and immigrant rights, community economic development, financial education, and state government. She's been a PGM practitioner since 2019.

Violeta graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Portland State University.

Violeta lives in Portland with her partner and their cat, Lola. She loves gardening and traveling around the world to spend time with loved ones.
