Zoe leads the Disability Justice Fund for Youth, a participatory grant-making fund that aims to move resources into the hands of disability activists aged 18-35. Zoe has more than 10 years experience in the international programmes space, specialising in humanitarian response, protection, safeguarding, and gender. Zoe was formerly part of a humanitarian surge team and deployed to support local partners in scaling up their emergency response work, including in Sierra Leone, Nepal, South Sudan, and Bangladesh. Zoe has spent time living abroad in DRC and Nepal and loves working in collaborative and diverse teams. She lives in Brighton with her partner and their 2 children.
